– full title of the article (bold, uppercase letters),
– short (5-7 lines) abstract (italics),
– keywords (5-7 words).
Then the authors, the title of the article, the abstract and the keywords are repeated in English.
Then comes the text of the article itself and the list of references.
The article ends with information about the authors: full name (in full), academic degree, academic title, place of work (in full), position, contact phone numbers. Information about the authors is also repeated in English.
The volume of the article should not exceed 10 pages of text, contain no more than 5 drawings or photographs; the volume of the review – 25 pages, 10 figures; the volume of the short message – no more than 3 pages, 2 figures.
Illustrations (drawings, graphs) should be located in the text of the article and made in one of the graphic editors (tif, pcc, jpg, pcd, msp, dib, cdr, cgm, eps, wmf format). It is also possible to create and present graphs using Excel, Quattro Pro, MS Graph tabular processors. Each drawing must have a number and a signature. Drawings and photographs should have a contrasting image.
The tables are located directly in the text of the article. Each table must have a number and a title.
Formulas and letter designations of quantities must be typed in the Microsoft Equation 3.0 formula editor. Each formula must have a number.
The dimension of all values accepted in the article must correspond to the International System of Units of Measurement (SI). Abbreviated words should not be used, except for generally accepted ones (i.e., etc., etc.). The introduction of pre-deciphered abbreviations is allowed.
The list of references should be issued in accordance with GOST 7.0.5-2008 and include: the surname and initials of the author, the title of the article, the title of the journal, volume, year, number or issue, pages, and for books – the surnames and initials of the authors, the exact title of the book, the place of publication (city), publisher, year of publication, number of pages.
An expert opinion is attached to the article.
The manuscript of the article is reviewed by a leading scientist in the field, usually a doctor of sciences.
The electronic version of the published article is placed in the RSCI system.
The editorial board reserves the right to make editorial changes that do not distort the main content of the article.
Articles that do not meet the listed requirements are not accepted for consideration, manuscripts and electronic media are not returned to the authors. The date of receipt of the manuscript is the day when the editorial office receives the final text. In case of refusal to publish an article, the editorial board sends the author a reasoned refusal.
For the publication and timely preparation of the journal, it is necessary to fill out the registration card of the participant, submitted as a separate file. It is sent together with the manuscript.
Postgraduates are not charged for the publication of the article.
